Behaviour Support Assistant (Exeter)

Due an increased demand for Behaviour Support Assistants to work with pupils with learning and behaviour difficulties, we are currently seeking to recruit passionate individuals with experience working with young people in or out of a formal school setting in Exeter.

Desired backgrounds include sports (coaching), psychology, youth work, art and design, music and training. Many of the young people our clients engage with have had gaps in their learning, lost confidence in their ability to succeed and struggle to engage. The schools committed to raising achievement and closing the gap and increasing their resilience and self-confidence. This post will play an essential role in supporting this ambition.

Our client school is based in Exeter and require full time, long term commitment (term time only) and in turn offer supportive environments with continued professional development and the opportunity to go permanent in many instances. A full UK driving licence and access to the use of a car daily will be required.
