The Candidate

• Experience supporting pupils between 5-11 (School based experience is desired but not necessary)
• Proactive
• Excellent Behaviour Management
• Excellent role model
• Calm
• Reliable and flexible
• Resilient
• A background in sports is desirable however, not essential.
• Minimum of 5 A*-C in GCSE's

These roles are suitable for those that are experienced, as well as those that seek a long-term career in Education. Behaviour support specialists come from a variety of backgrounds, if you have experience working in Pupil Referral Units, Social Work and Sport's Clubs we encourage you to apply!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
