Are you passionate about the education of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties? Do you have Team Teach or Approach training? Have you got the ability to mentor and guide children into being the best they can be?

Behaviour Support Assistant required - This is an amazing primary school featuring an inclusion unit for children who have struggled to manage in the mainstream school due to their behaviour. This post is open to graduates or keen enthusiastic individuals who feel they posses the attitude and dedication required to work with more challenging students.

If you have a passion for education and the desire to help disengaged students re-engage and achieve, this role could be ideal for you!

Person Specification: To be successful in this role you need to be nurturing yet extremely firm, able to enforce expectations without causing disruption and able to breakdown social and emotional barriers. The school wants to recruit someone who has a supportive nature and a caring manner that will benefit their students from day one. Someone who can compliment the work of the teachers with their natural enthusiasm.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
