Teaching Personnel is recruiting a behaviour mentor to work with students on a 1:1 basis as well as supporting the class teacher with small class sizes of a maximum of 8 students. This role is on a supply basis so the ability to drive is desired as you work opportunities will take place in a range of schools in the Bristol are, however this is not essential if you're comfortable on public transport.

This role allows you flexibility and control of your own availability and your own work schedule as well as the opportunity to work with your preferred age group. As a behaviour mentor you will be supporting students with complex needs, SLD, autism, ADHD, attachment disorder, behaviour issues, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Any experience with SEN is desired, however not essential.

Teaching personnel offers roles on a part-time supply basis as well as longer contracts if that is something you are interested in.
