Behaviour Mentor - Derby
Do you have experience of supporting young people with challenging behaviour? Do you want to work with in secondary education?
Due to a gap in the support staff at our partner school in Derby, Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a behaviour mentor from September 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to work in a secondary school setting.
- Full time behaviour mentor role commencing September 2019
- Initial one year placement, with the opportunity for the role to turn permanent
- Earn between £285-£350 per week depending on experience

As a behaviour mentor at our partner school in Derby, you will be supporting a student on a 1:1 basis with the view of improving behaviour, increasing attainment and improving progress.
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Have a positive influence on a range of students that you will be supporting
- Help students to fulfil their potential
- Have several key competencies including patience and resilience
