Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant to work with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in a specialist school in Billingham, commencing ASAP on a full time basis.
The role will be working with Key Stages 3 and 4 and will be ongoing after the Summer holidays. The candidate will benefit from holding a Team Teach qualification, however this is something that Teaching Personnel can offer in the upcoming months though our CPD opportunities! Experience working with challenging behaviour is extremely advantageous; this could be from education or non education environments including care or youth work backgrounds.
You will be supporting a small group of pupils who are unable to be within mainstream environments, from September there will be a large focus on supporting students integration into the school.
