Join Our Team as an Autism Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children? We are looking for a dedicated Autism Teaching Assistant to support students aged 4 to 16 in a welcoming and inclusive educational setting.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering you the chance to become part of a team that values creativity, compassion, and commitment.


About the Role

You will work closely with pupils who thrive on tailored support and positive encouragement.

Your role will involve assisting in classroom activities, promoting engagement, and helping students reach their full potential.

Primary opportunities are available, and you’ll be part of an environment that celebrates progress and individuality.

Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm, giving you a structured day and a great work-life balance.


What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs.
  • A proactive, caring attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

Your experience and enthusiasm will help create a positive learning atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
