We’re recruiting Aspiring Teachers and Cover Supervisors to work across fantastic schools in Surrey, supporting students and gaining invaluable experience in the classroom.

This is the perfect opportunity if you’re considering teacher training, enjoy working with young people, and want a role that’s rewarding, flexible, and varied.


The Role

As a Cover Supervisor / Aspiring Teacher, you will:

  • Supervise pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence.

  • Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged.

  • Support pupils with their learning and motivation.

  • Gain experience across different schools and subjects.

  • Build confidence before moving into teacher training.


✅ Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduates, teaching assistants, or career changers.

  • Confident communicators who enjoy working with young people.

  • A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.

  • An interest in education or teacher training.

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
