ASC Teaching Assistant at large two form entry Primary School required for immediate start in Manchester Graduates encouraged to apply Guaranteed work up until Christmas A client school of Teaching Personnel have come to us with the need for a Teaching Assistant to work with a Reception pupil recently diagnosed with ASC. Having very recently received funding for this child the school are keen to get the right candidate in post for as soon as possible. The pupil is said to be really friendly and welcoming but can become over excited and energetic during break and lunch times when around crowds of other pupils. Behaviour isn’t said to be a huge issue but a firm and fair Teaching Assistant is required to keep the child grounded and to ensure he is making the required progress. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking for a career in education of who are encouraged to apply. All other applicants with school based experience and ideally SEN/ASC experiences are also encouraged to apply for this position.
