A vacancy has become available in the Whalley Range, Manchester area, M16.
The post is to support a pupil in Year 2 with severe non-verbal Autism. The pupil has slight behavioral difficulties and is currently working at a much lower level than of their age academically.
This is a full time post term time only with the potential of going onto a permanent contract for the right ASC Teaching Assistant.
The incoming ASC Teaching Assistant must have prior experience of having supported pupils or young adults with ASC and have prior school based experience.
This position is ideal for Teaching Assistants who wish to expand their experience further and widen their opportunities within their career in education. All ASC Teaching Assistants must be dedicated to supporting children using a nurturing, fun and motivating approach. A passion for teaching and supporting children with learning difficulties is a must.
