Art Teacher

An Ofsted rating ‘Good’ secondary school, in Manchester, are seeking to appoint a passionate Art Teacher on a full time basis, from September 2019. Working on a temporary basis to see if you are suitable for the role, If successful then you could earn a permanent contract.

• Full time Art Teacher starting January 2020

• Located in Tameside

• Working within an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school

• Pay in line with MPS/UPS (GBP23,720 - GBP39,406) with weekly pay

• Potential to earn a permanent contract

• Teaching Art to KS3 - KS4 students

As Art being such a popular subject area, with the increased number of students taking Art as a GCSE, Teaching Personnel are recruiting an experienced Art Teacher to work in one of our partner schools. The successful Art Teacher will be planning and marking creative lessons to engage every student, Teaching KS3 - KS4 and helping GCSE students achieve their very best grades

The successful Art Teacher will;

• Deliver inventive lessons which activate pupils Imagination

• Plan, prepare and monitor class work

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS

• Help with major events, exhibitions, performances and display

• Be able to commit to a full time role

Our client’s school is a fully inclusive, aspirational, high achieving centre of excellence, firmly rooted in the local community with over 1000 students aged 11-16. Located in Tameside, the secondary school can easily be accessed via the A57 and has accessible public transport routes close by, making it convenient to get to.
