Agricultural Teacher – Exmouth Area

Location: Exmouth, Devon
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time opportunities

Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Agricultural Teacher to join one of our partner schools in the Exmouth Area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher with a passion for the land-based sector to inspire and educate the next generation of agricultural learners.

You’ll be delivering engaging and practical lessons across topics such as crop production, livestock management, environmental sustainability, and agricultural technology — helping students gain the skills and understanding needed for future careers in this vital industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)

  • Strong subject knowledge and experience in agriculture or land-based studies

  • A passion for hands-on, practical learning and outdoor education

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
