1:1 Tutors Required ASAP in Berwick and Alnwick

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Teachers for a range of subjects to tutor pupils on a 1:1 basis in Berwick and Alnwick. There are various roles available , teaching pupils at risk of exclusion and looked after children from KS2- KS4. The roles are to commence ASAP and will continue up until Summer, both part time and full time.

Many of the pupils are LAC or have been excluded from mainstream provisions so experience working with SEMH pupils would be advantageous.

Applications are encouraged from teachers both who have previously tutored or worked in alternative provisions and also from mainstream primary and secondary teachers of all subject specialisms looking for a new challenge and who want to make a difference.

Teaching Personnel can offer competitive rates of pay starting from £25 per hour. Pay rate will be negotiated for the right candidate, as well as the opportunity to up skill your professional development by utilising our CPD Academy. You will also be supported by our specialist SEND Team who all come from backgrounds in education and knowledge of the current market.

Essential

  • Have a recognised Teaching Qualification
  • Have a nurturing and patient manner
  • Experience of Teaching for at least 6 months

Desired

  • Team- Teach Trained
  • Experience working with SEMH and LAC
