1-1 Teaching Assistant

Salary:

£85 - £100 Per day

Job Duties:

The 1-1 Teaching Assistant will provide support to individual children in educational settings. Duties include assisting pupila with their learning activities, helping to implement individual education plans, monitoring pupil progress, and providing feedback to teachers.

Required Qualifications:

Enhanced DBS check. Understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Education:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Experience:

Prior experience working in a classroom setting or with children is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

Good understanding of the UK National Curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with pupils on an individual basis.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working within a school environment, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. The 1-1 Teaching Assistant may need to adapt to different teaching styles and collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
