1:1 Teaching Assistant – BH6 Area

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We’re seeking a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming school based in BH6.

The Role:

• Supporting two pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Starting mid-May / early June
• Full-time position, 5 days a week
• Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
• Helping them to engage in learning and build confidence
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
• Cover required until July initially, with potential to continue from September onwards

• Someone who is strong at building positive relationships with pupils
• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting desirable)
• A proactive and supportive approach to learning
• A team player with good communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
