Teaching Personnel's COVID Secure App is at the frontline to help us provide you with staff safely. Everyone who works through Teaching Personnel is obliged to use the app to track self-certification, testing and self-isolations on a weekly basis.

We know that staying safe and staying fully staffed throughout the winter isn't going to be easy. That is why we have invested in the creation of the app and put other procedures and processes in place. In this way, you know that Teaching Personnel is the agency who will be able to provide the teaching, support and tuition staff you need in a safe fashion.
How it works:
- Every candidate must submit a weekly self-certification form and cannot work for Teaching Personnel until they complete it.
- The form records details of symptoms of, testing for and exposure to sources of COVID-19.
- If they are clear, they are made available for our consultants to book them into schools.
- If they are not clear, the candidate is advised to self-isolate and will not be considered for work until that period ends.
- No candidate, returning from isolation, will be available for work until they have completed the self-certification form.
- Help and advice is provided for all of our candidates right through the process
