Career paths

All positions at Teaching Personnel have their own career ladder. This outlines the goals you need to reach and the skills required to achieve your next promotion.

The careers ladder will give you a clear path for progress allowing for regular progress updates to help you. 

Our recruitment consultants often achieve 2-3 promotions within the first 2 years and progression into a management or business development role within 2-3 years.

New starters

Working with a group of other Teaching Personnel newbies, our UP&RUNNING programmes will help you learn the skills and behaviours needed to be a successful specialist education recruitment consultant.

You will benefit from working with groups of like-minded people, all on the same journey, sharing experiences and learning together. The programme takes place over your first 6 months which gives you time to apply your learning to get the best outcomes.
