I have been in Education Recruitment since 2015 and moved into the role of Primary Team Leader here at Teaching Personnel, in June 2020. I started my education recruitment career as a candidate consultant, which saw me recruiting for; Early Years, Primary, Secondary and SEN educators, giving me a broad knowledge of the whole sector. During this time I built strong and long standing relationships with educators, which carried through with me when I transitioned into a consultant role with a Primary Specialism. I am a level 3 certified recruiter, and I take complete pride in providing an honest, quality service to schools and educators. Building those genuine relationships with those I work with is incredibly important as it helps me to find the best fit for each individual educator and school. For me people are always at the forefront of my mind which is why the transition into recruitment and why it quickly became the most positive move.
