Year 5 Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking a motivated and inspiring Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Sidmouth region. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator to support pupils as they develop confidence, independence, and readiness for Key Stage 2 SATs.

You will plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons that engage all learners, foster curiosity, and promote academic progress. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, team player, and role model who can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• An up-to-date DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 5 desirable)
• Excellent classroom management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
