Are you a creative and committed teacher looking to inspire and challenge Year 5 students? We are currently recruiting for a Year 5 Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Nottingham from September. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with enthusiastic students and a supportive team.
- Title: Year 5 Teacher
- Location: NG5, Nottingham
- Start Date: September
- Salary: £130 - £170 per day(depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of Year 5 students, promoting both academic and personal growth.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s curriculum and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment where every student feels valued.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on positive reinforcement.
- A passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
