Pay Rate: £120 – £232.56 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a full-time Year 4 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Woolton from February. This position is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their practice in a nurturing setting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a vibrant Year 4 class, delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that follow the national curriculum. The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupil progress
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Confidently plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
  • Be open to mentoring and support (particularly for ECTs)
