Rate of Pay: £125 to £232.56 per day

About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons to a Year 4 class with some SEN needs, in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and child‑centred learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.
• Provide clear, accurate feedback to colleagues, external agencies, and parents to ensure each child’s progress is fully supported.
• Work openly, honestly, and collaboratively with the wider school team.
• Regularly assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, ensuring targets are met and identifying any areas where additional support is needed.

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally with previous Year 4 experience.
• Experience teaching SEN pupils.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and effective behaviour management.
• A genuine drive to make a positive difference to children’s educational journeys.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
