We are recruiting a committed Year 4 Teacher for a supportive primary school in Blackburn. This full‑year role begins in September and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ progress throughout Key Stage 2.

The ideal candidate will bring strong curriculum knowledge, excellent behaviour management, and a passion for delivering high‑quality teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons

• Support pupils’ academic and personal development

• Use assessment data to inform teaching

• Work collaboratively with the wider school team

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• QTS with experience in Key Stage 2

• Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum

• Ability to create a motivating and structured learning environment
