The Role
We are seeking a committed and resilient Year 3 Teacher to join our team for the Spring Term. This is a full-time role working with a class that includes pupils with high levels of need and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will be confident in setting high expectations for learning and behaviour, while also demonstrating a calm, nurturing and consistent approach.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience working with pupils with high levels of need and challenging behaviour
  • Be able to establish clear routines and boundaries while building positive relationships
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills rooted in empathy and consistency
  • Have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive practice
  • Be reflective, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
