Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client primary school in the Whalley Range area of Manchester (M16). The school are in search of a dedicated Year 2 teacher to cover across one of the schools energetic classes for one full year. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Year 2, will have strong behaviour management techniques and will continually make learning enticing and accessible for a mixed ability class of 32 children.
The school are looking for a flexible, adaptable candidate who will be able to work along side the other year 2 class teacher to plan and assess learning/ The school has been praised by OFSTED for its 'OUTSTANDING' senior leadership team and its dedication to ensuring an inclusive environment is maintained at all times.
This is a great opportunity for a KS1 teacher who is looking to enhance their experience in a 'GOOD' mainstream primary school.
Experienced and newly qualified teachers will be considered and are encouraged to get in touch for immediate consideration.

- Have experience teaching in KS1
- Be familiar with the Year 2 curriculum and the letters and sounds framework for phonics

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
