Year 1 Teacher – Windsor (Full Time, January Start)
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Contract Type: Full-time (5 days per week)
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and high-achieving Primary School in Windsor who are seeking a Year 1 Class Teacher to join their dedicated team from January 2026.
This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. The successful teacher will take full responsibility for planning, preparation and delivery, working alongside a supportive Key Stage 1 team.

The Role:

Teaching a Year 1 class full-time, Monday to Friday.

Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

Assessing, tracking and supporting pupils to ensure progress and attainment.

Collaborating with colleagues and parents to promote the school’s values and ethos.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience desirable).

Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.

A passion for inspiring young learners and creating a positive classroom atmosphere.
