Year 1 Teacher – Windsor (Full Time, January Start)

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and high-achieving Primary School in Windsor who are seeking a Year 1 Class Teacher to join their dedicated team from January 2026.

This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. The successful teacher will take full responsibility for planning, preparation and delivery, working alongside a supportive Key Stage 1 team.

The Role:

• Teaching a Year 1 class full-time, Monday to Friday.

• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

• Assessing, tracking and supporting pupils to ensure progress and attainment.

• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to promote the school’s values and ethos.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience desirable).

• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.

• A passion for inspiring young learners and creating a positive classroom atmosphere.
