Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the heart of Aintree, Liverpool. This is a full-time, temporary position beginning in September 2025, ideal for an enthusiastic professional ready to make a positive impact in an engaging Key Stage 1 setting.

The Role:

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in Year 1

  • Planning, assessing, and tracking pupil progress in line with the national curriculum

  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment

  • Working collaboratively with the Key Stage 1 team and support staff

  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Have recent and relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills

  • Be committed to fostering a love of learning and achieving high standards

  • Be flexible, resilient, and proactive in their approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
