Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF11 area of Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils through the medium of Welsh and play a key role in their educational journey.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils

• Supporting learners with additional learning needs (ALN) where required

• Encouraging Welsh language development in and outside the classroom

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)

• Experience working with children (school or similar setting)

• Passionate about education and supporting young learners

• Patient, proactive, and adaptable

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
