Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant Jobs – Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Work
Locations: Barry, Bridgend, Cardiff, Cowbridge, Llantrisant, Penarth & Pontypridd
Start Date: 23rd February
Pay: £89 – £110 per day (paid weekly, based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, part-time and flexible Teaching Assistant work available

We work with a wide network of primary schools and Welsh-medium schools across Barry, Bridgend, Cardiff, Cowbridge, Llantrisant, Penarth and Pontypridd, and we are recruiting Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to start from 23rd February.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in primary school classrooms

Providing one-to-one and small group learning support

Working with pupils through the Welsh language

Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom resources

Supervising pupils during lessons, activities and break times
What Schools Are Looking For:

Confident spoken and written Welsh

Reliable, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant support

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine interest in working in schools and education

Experience in childcare, education or school support roles (desirable but not essential)
