A welcoming and community-focused primary school in the SA7 area is looking to appoint a dedicated Welsh-medium Teaching Assistant to join its supportive team.

The Role
As a Welsh-medium Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in their learning across the curriculum through Welsh
Help create a positive, engaging classroom environment
Work closely with teachers and staff to support pupil progress
Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups
Encourage creativity, confidence, and independence in learners
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
️ Is fluent in Welsh and confident using it daily
❤️ Has a genuine passion for supporting children
Is enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive
Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff
Has relevant experience (school or childcare setting desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
