Teaching Personnel are currently seeking passionate and skilled Teaching Assistants to support schools across Cambridge and the surrounding areas. We work with a wide range of mainstream primary, secondary, and specialist SEND schools, offering ad hoc supply, short-term and long-term placements.

✅ What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is essential

• Confidence supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including SEN

• A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to working in different school environments

• It is desirable for applicants to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car or be willing to travel to schools in different locations
