Teaching Personnel is working closely with a range of friendly, supportive nurseries and primary schools across Cambridge and Ely, and we’re looking for passionate Early Years professionals to join our team.
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting engaging, creative activities in line with the EYFS framework
-
Providing high-quality care and tailored support to children aged 0–11
-
Building warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
-
Observing, tracking, and supporting children’s development and milestones
-
Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
-
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
-
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
-
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
-
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we’ll support you)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
