Unqualified Teaching Assistants Wanted: Immediate Start, Flexible Hours

Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in facilitating classroom activities and lessons.
- Assist with individual student needs, providing one-on-one attention when required.

- Assist with classroom management, maintaining order and discipline.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Provide feedback on students' progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in education and working with students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and support diverse learning needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
