Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support Primary schools across NP19.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in education, considering a career in teaching, or simply wanting a rewarding role working with children. Previous school experience is not essential – we're looking for people with the right attitude, patience and willingness to learn.

About the Role

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with pupils individually, in small groups and as a whole class
• Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
• Supporting learning, reading, writing and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and good classroom routines
• Helping create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils across Early Years, KS1 and KS2

• A genuine interest in working with children
• No formal TA qualification or previous school experience required

Our Vetting Process

Safeguarding is our highest priority. All educators must successfully complete our comprehensive vetting process before being cleared to work. This includes an Enhanced DBS check, EWC registration, safeguarding training, employment references covering the last two years, right to work checks and all mandatory compliance requirements.
