Unqualified Teaching Assistant – Help Shape Young Minds in Greater Norwich and Beyond

We’re looking for caring, adaptable individuals to join our team across Greater Norwich and surrounding communities, providing vital support to students with varying learning and behavioural needs. Whether your background is in education, childcare, or youth work, your experience could make a lasting impact on young lives.

Important: You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Independent travel between school sites is essential, as is consistent, reliable attendance.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supporting children with a wide range of academic, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
  • Implementing personalised strategies to boost confidence, independence, and life skills.
  • Assisting students with core subjects such as literacy and numeracy.
  • Promoting positive communication, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Helping maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
