Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor – Swansea Secondary Schools
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with several secondary schools across Swansea, who require Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide cover for both planned and unplanned staff absences.
This role involves delivering pre-set lesson plans, supervising students in the classroom, and ensuring that all behaviour management and safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
The Role:

Covering lessons using work provided by the school

Supervising students and maintaining a positive learning environment

Upholding high standards of behaviour and safeguarding

Working flexibly across a range of secondary schools in Swansea

About You:
-
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher is desirable

Applications are welcome from candidates with transferable experience, including those who have worked with young people in other settings

No formal teaching qualification required, as all lesson content is pre-planned
-
Ideal for graduates or individuals considering a future career in teaching or planning to enrol on a PGCE or teacher training programme

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
