Primary School, BS10 – Learning Support Assistant – September Start

Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding career in education? We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in BS10 from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in children's lives. No qualifications or school experience needed. Just bring your enthusiasm and we will provide the training.

The role:

•Supporting pupils in the classroom alongside the class teacher
•Helping children stay focused, engaged and confident in their learning
•Working with small groups or one to one with pupils who need extra support
•Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities
•Building positive relationships and encouraging good behaviour

What we are looking for:

•A genuine passion for supporting children
•Patience, empathy and a can do attitude
•Strong communication skills
•Reliability and commitment
•An enhanced DBS check (we can help you apply for this if you do not have one)

Experience that could be useful:

No school experience? No problem. If you have worked with children in any of these settings, your skills will transfer brilliantly:

•Summer camps or holiday clubs
•Swimming teaching or sports coaching
•Play work or after school clubs
•Tutoring or mentoring
•Childminding or nursery work
•Youth groups, scouts or guides
