We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tutors to support students across Rushden. If you’re passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and achieve their academic goals, this is your opportunity to shine!


The Role

As a Tutor, you will:

✨ Deliver engaging 1:1 at pupils home or school setting
✨ Plan personalised lessons tailored to each learner
✨ Support students with SATs, GCSEs & Functional Skills
✨ Track progress and provide constructive feedback
✨ Build confidence and encourage a positive mindset

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong subject knowledge
✔ Previous tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not essential)
✔ Patient, motivating and reliable approach
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
