Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (In-Person)
Location: Northampton (Pupil’s Home or School Setting)
Hours: During School Hours (Flexible)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate 1:1 tutors to support pupils in the Northampton area. Tutoring sessions will take place either in the pupil’s home or within a school setting, depending on individual learner needs. This role involves delivering personalised support to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions based on the learner’s needs
Support pupils with their academic progress and engagement
Plan and adapt lessons in line with individual learning styles
Provide feedback on student progress
Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
Strong subject knowledge (core subjects desirable)
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
