TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic SEN Tutors to support children and young people across Medway with tailored one-to-one tuition. You'll work with learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs, helping them develop confidence and reach their academic goals.

Location: Medway and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored one-to-one tuition sessions
• Adapt learning resources to individual needs
• Build confidence and encourage engagement
• Track learner progress and complete records
• Develop positive working relationships with schools and families

Essential Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or youth work experience
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Ability to travel throughout Medway
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
