Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 tuition for children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and other learning difficulties.

• Develop engaging and accessible lesson plans based on individual EHCPs or learning assessments.

• Track and report on student progress, adapting strategies to meet changing needs.

• Work in collaboration with families, schools, and professionals to support holistic development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with SEN pupils, either in a school or tutoring setting.

• Teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or significant SEN experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour management.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
