We are seeking experienced and passionate 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition to pupils in their homes or school settings across the Corby area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational progress and confidence of children and young people who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to each pupil's individual learning needs.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, depending on your experience and the pupil's requirements.
• Develop and implement personalised learning plans to help pupils achieve their academic goals.
• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate session records.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and schools.
• Create a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a UK school or educational setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential, depending on experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
