Are you looking for a career that actually matters? Do you have a big heart, heaps of patience, and a natural knack for connecting with people? If you’re done with the uninspiring 9-to-5 grind and want a role that makes you feel proud at the end of the shift, we want to meet you!

We are scouting for fresh, enthusiastic talent to join our partner schools in Royston . As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you aren’t just another member of staff—you’re a mentor, a role model, and a champion for students who need that extra bit of encouragement to shine.

Why You’re Already the Perfect Fit

You don’t need a background in education to get started. We are looking for "people people." If you have experience in any of the following, you already have the magic ingredients we’re looking for:

  • Care & Support Work: You know how to put others first and provide a helping hand.

  • Retail or Hospitality: You’re a pro with people and stay cool when things get busy.

  • Coaching, Youth Work, or Parenting: You understand how to lead, inspire, and multi-task.

  • Military or Emergency Services: You’re reliable, resilient, and adapt quickly to new situations.

Why This is the Best Move You’ll Make

  • Competitive Pay: Earn £90– £100 per day while you learn the ropes.

  • The Dream Schedule: Monday to Friday (approx. 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM). Say goodbye to weekends, late nights, and bank holidays!

  • Genuine Purpose: You’ll head home every day knowing you’ve made a tangible difference in a child’s life.

  • Career Fast-Track: Start as a flexible team member and move into a permanent school contract quickly.

  • Work Locally: Skip the long commute—we have rewarding roles right here in Royston.

All We Need From You

  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive.

  • High energy and a "can-do" spirit in the classroom.

  • A valid DBS on the update service (or the willingness to let us help you get one).

Important Note: Applicants must be UK residents. Recent arrivals will require a police check from their previous country of residence.
