Is confident working in high-pressure, high-energy school settings.
-
Has strong classroom presence and behaviour-management instincts.
-
Remains calm, resilient, and solution-focused when faced with challenges.
-
Shows initiative, flexibility, and a proactive, can-do approach.
-
Builds respectful, trusting relationships with students and staff.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the nature of the placements and travel requirements.

-
Competitive weekly pay based on experience and performance.
-
