Teaching Personnel have been established with the South Wales marketplace for over 20 years now, and we really are true market leaders within the sector. With over 25 recruitment consultants covering Primary Schools alone we are extremely busy with work and are in an amazing position to be able to offer you what YOU want. Whether that’s 1 day a week supply work, or a 5 day a week long term position, we can be totally flexible around you. We actually listen to your preferences, and will only offer you TA work within your criteria – Early Years, KS1, KS2, ALN and so fourth. No random bookings in secondary schools in the middle of no where! We also adhere and pay to the Welsh teaching framework rules and regulations – we pay a minimum of £89.38 per day, and not a penny less.

So if you have at least 3 months experience of working as a TA, or you have a Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning and you are looking for work in Cardiff and / or the Vale, then we want to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
