About the Role:

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistants to work across our partner primary schools in Tiverton. These schools are known for their caring, supportive atmospheres and their commitment to helping every child feel confident, safe, and ready to learn.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupils in Reception and Key Stage 1, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

 Key Information:

• Start Date: ASAP – flexible start dates available

• Contract Type: Full-time – with the opportunity to secure a permanent role

• Pay Rate: £90–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored, one-to-one or small-group support to KS1 pupils

• Helping children feel confident, supported, and engaged in their learning

• Assisting teachers with the delivery of age-appropriate, inclusive lessons

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support each child holistically

• Experience in education, childcare, or care work (helpful but not essential)
