SEN Teaching Assistant – Flexible Day-to-Day Support

Location: West Sussex
Contract: Flexible, day-to-day supply
Pay: £89.38 – £110 per day

We’re supporting a range of welcoming SEN schools and specialist provisions across West Sussex who need reliable, compassionate Teaching Assistants for flexible, day-to-day support. This is ideal if you want variety, freedom, and the chance to gain experience across different settings.

Your role may include:

  • Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs

  • One-to-one or small-group support in and out of the classroom

  • Helping students stay regulated, engaged, and confident

  • Working alongside teachers and SEN teams to create a positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
