We are partnering with a number of Outstanding primary schools across East Lancashire that are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their successful teams.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Working closely with class teachers and school leaders, you will help create engaging learning experiences that enable children to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom.
- Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Assisting pupils with additional learning needs.
- Supporting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
- Contributing to the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, parents and external agencies where required.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children.
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are patient, caring and committed to helping children succeed.
- Have a positive, proactive and flexible approach.
- Share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
