Teaching Personnel are searching for Special Educational Need Teaching Assistants who will play an important role in supporting Teachers, by developing a productive working relationship with SEN pupils. Teaching Assistants will act as role models, set high expectations for achievement and promote SEN inclusion and acceptance of pupils who are different.

Teaching Assistants will be expected to work under the Class Teachers guidance and to implement work programmes for individual students or for small groups. The role will also involve preparation of resources and providing cover for the class for short durations. Experienced as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant is preferred but the school will offer the right support and training to those with strong academic skills in Math, English and Science who want to utilise these skills by working in Education.
