Are you passionate about primary education? Are you experienced working with children aged 5-11yrs? Are you a available full time?
Teaching Personnel are working alongside several primary schools within the Northfield area and are currently recruiting full time Teaching Assistants. This role will include working alongside the class teacher and other TA's, to provide a welcoming and energetic classroom experience for all children.
Main roles and responsibilities as a TA would include:
-working effectively as part of a team within the classroom, ensuring the children are looked after and learning from the content delivered
-have prior experience supporting children, specifically those with learning difficulties
-commitment to the building and maintenance of positive and professional relationships of children, their parents/carers and other staff members
-having a warm and friendly positive approach in the classroom
- have the ability to set boundries and consequences to challenging behaviour
- TA roles sometimes include 1:1 work, this is where you will work closely with one specific student to ensure all aspects of their progress
This role may also suit someone with experience of challenging behaviour settings, psychology graduates, 1:1 support, sports coaches and mentoring or child care backgrounds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
